KOL campaigns
you can audit.

The crypto KOL market is opaque by design. Follower counts are purchasable, engagement is farmable, and rate cards move with sentiment. Founders routinely pay tier-1 prices for tier-3 audiences and only find out after the campaign.

We treat KOL buying as a procurement problem. Every account is checked for audience overlap, engagement authenticity and historical campaign behaviour before a single deal is signed, and every campaign reports against agreed metrics rather than screenshots.

What the engagement covers

Sourcing

A shortlist built from your actual audience profile, not a generic roster.

Vetting

Engagement-quality checks, audience overlap analysis and past-campaign behaviour review.

Deal structuring

Fixed fee, performance components, token terms and lock-ups negotiated with clear deliverables.

Briefing

Message guardrails and disclosure requirements so coverage is compliant and on-narrative.

Scheduling

Sequencing across X, Telegram and YouTube so coverage lands as a wave, not a trickle.

Reporting

Cost per qualified join and retention at 7 and 30 days — not just impressions.

How we run it

  1. step 01

    Audience mapping

We define who you need to reach before deciding who can reach them.

  2. step 02

    Shortlist and vet

Candidates are scored, and anything failing authenticity checks is cut before you see it.

  3. step 03

    Negotiate

Deliverables, timing, disclosure and payment terms in writing for every KOL.

  4. step 04

    Run and report

Coordinated go-live, then a post-mortem showing which accounts actually earned their fee.

Is this the right fit?

A good fit when

  • Launches that need coordinated coverage in a defined window
  • Teams already spending on KOLs without reliable attribution
  • Projects entering a new language market or region

Not a fit when

  • Campaigns whose goal is short-term price movement
  • Budgets too small to sustain more than a single post

Questions we get asked

How do you vet crypto KOLs?

We look at engagement distribution rather than totals, check audience overlap against your target profile, and review how the account's previous campaigns performed for other projects. Accounts with farmed engagement or a pattern of undisclosed paid posts are excluded.

Should KOLs be paid in tokens?

Sometimes, but only with vesting. Unlocked token payments create immediate sell pressure and reward posting rather than performance. A mixed structure — cash for the deliverable, vested tokens for sustained involvement — aligns incentives better.

What ROI should we expect?

The honest answer is that it varies widely by category and market conditions. What we commit to is measurement: cost per qualified community join and how many of those people are still active a month later.
